To login, please use the shortened version of the AAI@EduHr username (part before "@uniri.hr").
User support is available Monday to Friday, from 8AM to 4PM.
Users can submit tickets by:
- sending a message to the official Support System e-mail address using their official email account. This automatically opens a new ticket in the user support system
- filling out the ticket web-form here: https://sic.podrska.uniri.hr
- a telephone call to number 265-869, when official email or web interface are unavailable
